The building staff is always extremely attentive to unexpected requests, specifically Stacy, who has helped me with admin last minute on multiple occasions when I can't reach the office prior to meetings. Chris D
Have been living here for almost 2 years - really love it! Location is awesome. Amenities are great, and the new renovations look really beautiful. Haven't had any issues whatsoever with our unit, and when we put in a maintenance requests they're quick. My one and only complaint (and this is not a reflection of the building staff/building whatsoever) is that some residents don't pick up after their dogs.There have been so many times where I see a dog has had an accident by the elevators (perfectly understandable things happe... read more

I’m very curious why they would spend a ton of money renovating the lobby and zero money protecting the residents from car break ins in the middle of the night? Isn’t safety more important than marble at the front desk? I don’t know how to respond to Parkline’s response but my main question is - why weren’t security cameras able to catch the person breaking into our cars? If it is an inside job that person needs to be evicted from the building. I thought there were security cameras in the garage but apparently they were able... read more
