quick response to the issue, will know how well it was repaired once it rains.
Very quiet, modern good view, back porch. Laundry in apartment. Waiting for garage.
After being here 10 years, management won't repaint the apartment which would normally occur if you were in your own house. Also the rug has bunched up in the rooms and they say they cant do anything about it. On the positive side they keep the grounds beautiful and the neighbors are all very pleasant.
My wife and I Lived at Park Lane Villas apartments for the last year and we truly enjoyed our time here. Very comfortable & spacious apartments, quiet community, & great amenities. Maintenance resolved any requests that were made promptly, Excellent management. In the summer the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pool is wonderful and was heated nicely!
