Apartments are generally nice, large and open. The little neighborhood is cozy, clean, and quiet. Apartments are beginning to show their age between old, worn materials and old appliances. Maintenance is never there when scheduled and always take shortcuts to meet their low standards, never done properly. Snow removal is hit or miss, but often causes parking issues as spots are not cleared enough during the day. Normal parking isn't bad. I love my apartment and have pretty good experiences abd timing with maintenance. I don’t use many of the amenities but did a few years ago. Nice pool but furniture and umbrellas were consistently broken. Great neighborhood!

Very quiet, modern good view, back porch. Laundry in apartment. Waiting for garage.
After being here 10 years, management won't repaint the apartment which would normally occur if you were in your own house. Also the rug has bunched up in the rooms and they say they cant do anything about it. On the positive side they keep the grounds beautiful and the neighbors are all very pleasant.
