I had the pleasure of calling Park Lane Villa home for 2 years. The staff (concierge, leasing, property manager, events coordinator, and maintenance) always made me feel like family; so kind, professional and all around genuinely caring. Their wellness checks & acts of kindness showed me how much they truly care about and look out for the PLV community and their residents. I’ve been living at Park Lane Villa for about a year and have had a great experience. The location is very convenient for CWRU, and the community is quiet and nice. Maintenance has also been responsive whenever I needed help. Also, my roommate recently moved out, so I’m currently looking for a female roommate to share my apartment starting in August. If anyone is considering living at PLV and needs a roommate, feel free to reach out!

When we attempted to complete the application later that evening, the online system told us the room was no longer available! We don't understand how this happened since we followed her instructions to hold the room. This was very disappointi... read more
