My maintenance request was handled speedily and satisfactorily. It involved the hose for my kitchen faucet and I am very grateful the issue was resolved professionally and speedily.

My apartment is beautiful and I love it. It’s in a beautiful setting and is convenient to many stores, restaurant, and the large Regal theater complex. I love that I have a porch and can have window boxes and planters. Staff is always courteous and respectful and my neighbors are friendly and very nice. Although I have found maintenance to be very helpful, that is the biggest complaint with my fellow residents, that so many issues go unattended.
