I have to assume that this request is about the water issue, from the ice build up, which has happened for two years in a row now. A permanent fix needs to happen not just quick fix.
Its been awhile and they still have not come back to fix the light above the kitchen sink. We were told that those particular model of light-fixtures are being replaced with more up-to-date models.
