My apartment is beautiful and I love it. It’s in a beautiful setting and is convenient to many stores, restaurant, and the large Regal theater complex. I love that I have a porch and can have window boxes and planters. Staff is always courteous and respectful and my neighbors are friendly and very nice. Although I have found maintenance to be very helpful, that is the biggest complaint with my fellow residents, that so many issues go unattended. Maintenance tries very hard to give timely service; grounds are beautifully kept. Tenants are very nice and friendly; I'm really enjoying my stay here. Parking lots need lots of work........ staff very friendly and accommodating. Merry Ostrander
We have been tenants and have had multiple problems with neighbors and with having a room fixed. Both windows in the room need replacing and they tried to wait us out until left, it has led to us paying so much in our heating bill because it is absolutely freezing in our room. We have also had a child in the room and they still showed no concern to fix it.
