I've been a guest at this hotel for many years and while I've had the pleasure of staying at many fabulous NYC hotels, it's the Park Lane that I've repeatedly chosen to return to. Aside from its breathtaking views and ambiance, what really stood out for me was the exceptional service by those employed at the hotel. Particularly those who worked at Darling and Rose Lane. A hotel truck blocked the whole lane (not the parking lane), leaving only one lane open for traffic. This hotel clearly has no respect for others.
Great service, best location... Rooms a tad dated, but very clean...

Our NYC business trip had some complications, but our hotel was not one of them. The service was incredible and gave us peace after a hard days work. The location can't be beat and the amenities were incredible. The rooms far exceeded our expectations, and I won't stay anywhere else in NYC from now on. Highly recommend this hotel
