Great experience. Got to see a lot of things in Altus, Oklahoma
Worst management I've ever seen they literally flipped my kids off one time pulled a gun on a neibors dog in front of the kid. Kick people out even when there rent is paid in full on time. Don't ever put your private owned property out here, I lived here for 8 years owned my own double wide trailer and now they've evicted me even though I was paid in full then trespassed me to where I can't even go to my own property to get it ready to sell. Quite peaceful area.
They are under new management and already, things doesn't look good. !!!!!!! So we do have a camper on the property, so we need to shower nighttimes. I'm driving semi so we park in the driveway out of the way of incoming and outcoming vehicles It only takes us 10 minutes not causing any damages or disturbance so they told us we're not allowed to do that !!!!
