Loved my time at Park Lane. If my security deposit would arrive Life would be grand!!
I have been here for almost a year now and really love the place! It is the perfect fit for my five year daughter and I. The neighborhood is peaceful. I have no complaints. I stay on Amazon ordering packages so when they arrive at my door no one bothers them. I went out of town for the weekend one time and my packages were right at my door when I returned home. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Park Lane! I was invited by Nicole to view an available apartment. I fell in love with it! It was exactly what I was looking for. A month later I signed my lease and have been nothing but happy since. The property is clean/well and quiet. Nicole is always available to answer any questions I may have. From the get-go, Nicole, has been phenomenal! Nicole, has been polite, professional, and informative. Even my pup adores her!
This place could be nice and I would’ve stayed but too many different variables going on. Cons- -bugs. Like in our room coming through the window and we were on the second floor so. Not sure how that happens. - the stairs and walk ways look and sound a mess. I get it’s an old place, and they said they pressure washed them. I came home after they “pressure washed” the stair ways. Love my apartment and how kind of secretively it’s kept tucked away. Not too many noises or rowdy kids. My issues would be the roaches. I’ve asked for something to be done and they laid traps that didn’t work at all. The maintenance man tries his best but you can tell he doesn’t really know what he’s doing my toilet has had to be fixed going on three times now. The place is nice so it’s weird they don’t have a better maintenance man or at least get the poor man some help.
