Excellent location: walkable distance from the campus and quiet neighborhood. Good insulation: the apartment units can get very warm and you don't hear other tenants through the walls. (But you still hear door slams that come through the doorway.) Internet fixed: originally there was a lingering Internet drop problem from DojoNetworks. EXCELLENT PLACE
This apartment has good location, and the unit is good sized and affordable, however, no security camera or locked building door so packages are constantly missing! I have lost 5 packages in the past 6 months and have to rent a PO Box now. Some packages were gone within 2 hours of delivery!
