Team is very personable and willing to answer all question I asked about the property!
I lived here for two years (2023–2025), and while the location is excellent—very walkable and convenient—that is the only real positive. The rent is cheaper than surrounding apartments, but you absolutely pay for it in other ways. During our time there, the property went through three management companies, and the lack of organization showed.
