The apartments are charming and in a great location! Office staff is kind and personable.
I recently took a tour at Park lane Apartments. The unit I looked at was a one bedroom. I move a lot as a contractor, so I’ve seen a lot of apartments, and these are good quality. The one bedroom I looked at had nice natural light, the floors were in great shape, and the kitchen appliances were nice. The unit and the outdoor areas were clean. The pool is great, and the fitness center is a nice perk. The location is in Carmel, and so many things are quickly walkable. It is a nice community. I highly recommend.
If you like having a forced roommate (bugs), this is your place! Great location & that's about the only nice thing I will say about this property. Roaches have been present since March. We are on month 6 of dealing with this. Dog poop is everywhere. Parking is the only rule enforced. The grassy areas are extremely rough and I've twisted my ankle 3x just taking my dog out walking through grass and stepping into holes. Fences and gates are broken all over the town homes.
