I rented here under my maiden name Anna White, 2 months post move out and they still refuse remember to send me my $1000 back from my deposit that they receipted is owed to me. I call over and over and get promised it will get escalated and/or I'll get a call back and the answering person agrees it's terrible I haven't received my payment... and I never do. Two months and I'm still waiting and getting the run around. Absolutely horrible care for customers
Great location. Nice townhome style apartments with big patios. Living here feels more like condo life.
The current management company, Pathfinder, is not doing a good job managing this location. Their office is only open on Tuesdays and maintenance is very, very slow to respond.
I lived in Parklane apartments for 5 months and I was not greatly happy or disappointed either . I have paid and cleared everything from my side but my advance deposit hasn’t been returned till now . I’m following it up anyways . If you have children and wanting to go to Carmel clay public library , Carmel schools , this is one of the good place to live as kids can go by walk and of-course evenings can be spent happily walking to midtown .
