I was a patient here. Staff was friendly and services were good. Scheduling and billing was terrible. My appointment times would change without notification. I would always schedule my appointments at 3 but they would get moved up to 2 or 10 am. Then staff would act like they were doing me a favor because I got to my appointment late. Today I had an appointment at 3, got a confirmation for 2 and then called to find outvky appointment was since 10AM. When I called just now I was told the office is closed down. Excellent service and staff. I am pleased with the teeth cleaning and oral exam.
This place is a ripoff and they are overpriced I went for a deep cleaning in they told me my insurance will cover some but I will still have to pay for a cleaning. It was the worse experience I ever had and expensive, they always trying to hustle me for more money. They charge me 500.00 to recement my loose bridge informing me that my insurance cover the rest. These crooks are now billing me for 324.00 for what? I have already paid a lot of out of pocket money to them for a cleaning 400.00 and 500.00 to recement. Unbelievabl... read more
