I had the absolute pleasure of living at PLT and it was nothing short of a relaxing and enjoyable experience. So much so, that I was terribly sad to relocate since I loved living here so much. The association is kept up phenomenally - always clean and orderly, and the staff is exceptional - Chris, Stephen, and Andy especially were a joy to have on site. Always friendly and ready to help. I absolutely love living at Park Lake Tower in Orlando. It’s an upscale building in downtown with a beautiful lake view, convenient location, great security, wonderful service, very nice staff, and friendly neighbors. Thanks to everyone.
The old white man who works nights is beyond rude. Idk if he was trained to throw other people's guests out but after I got done seeing a friend I sat in lobby and waited for my Uber this guy walks up on me with his walker and says your done seeing your friend now you have to leave. I said excuse me that's super rude he said it wasn't rude and I explained to him I'm waiting on my Uber he then said something about me getting off on floor one I'm legally blind and I thought it was the first floor.
