I received these flowers on Monday and they still look good today! (Saturday) just want to say thank you to Park Lake Flowers for picking up the order and sending them to me a day after the order.. I couldn’t believe it came so fast!!
I ordered a $60 floral arrangement from this business based on the beautiful photos shown on the website. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised—it resembled a $30 arrangement from a discount store. I reached out to the owner, Vickie, to try to resolve the issue, but she was unwilling to take any accountability or offer a refund.
