I can't seem to get anything fixed in my place I emailed manager about the black lining of my back door coming off that was 2 weeks ago and I have called twice this week and emailed about my bedroom light not work so haven't had a light for a week no and told them about my garage disposal not draining this morning and no one has come it's so frustrating
They lie, they will evict you with no cause, maintenance non existent, pest ridden. Nearly impossible rules to upkeep, even though this is a based on income property they will make up anything to make you pay rent. Andrea is the worst landlord ever. DO NOT RENT HERE

I have lived here for 4 yrs now & I love it here, Andrea is not only a great manager but also a good person, Any problems I have ever had she has taken care of it promptly.
