I had a great experience at Anderson Communities. I actually lived in two different properties because I moved closer to work. I received excellent service at both locations and highly recommend renting from them. They helped me get financing to purchase a house and that is the only reason I don't rent from them anymore. I never had an issue with my deposit checks (like the other comment) and would rank them higher than any other company that I've rented from.
THE WORST!! NEVER NEVER live in one of there properties. They make money off taking advantage of college students. We payed our rent on time every month and yet they refused to write us a deposit-able return deposit check (this is still happening 4 months after we moved out). We had to go 2 weeks without hot water in the winter and our pipes burst because they ran them on the outside of the house. Their about doing the minimum for maximum profit. Having lived here for 2+ years the previous management was good. My last year here was a mess. Parking was horrible. My car was broken into twice. The noise levels are terrible. worst of all is when you move out, they will show you list insignificant damage list with such things as black spot on the carpet, Dirty dish washer etc all in a bid to hold on to your security deposit. My 2 cents AVOID this apartment at all cost...........You would be glad you did.
After enjoying a full year with Park Hill, the management took a turn for the worst in the summer of 2011. Parking is a nightmare - my car has been damaged three times in the large and inconvenient lot. The noise level is beyond what a reasonable person would put up with, and noise complaints go unanswered. The property is no longer attended to as it once was. Park Plaza Hair Salon is a great place to go for an inexpensive basic cut and style. The personnel is very friendly. They only do the basics, but it is a nice place.
the property manager has no idea what she's doing, and shes not very nice.
