I have been living at Park Lafayette for 16 years. I own my technology business and work from home so I can live anywhere. The management team here is attentive, professional, responsive, and reliable: Erica Ruiz, Eddie Gonzalez, and Eve Mendoza. My reasons for enjoying this community now are the same as when I chose it 16 years ago. There are always children unattended in the pool which is against the rules. The children are even swimming in the pool unattended at night. They’re also breaking the life preserver and cleaning net. It’s ridiculous. I didn’t think this place could get worse but it did. They installed insanely bright lights all around the complex that are on all night. I received a tour, and I must say that the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. All of my questions about the apartments and the entire complex were thoroughly answered. The area is pleasant and well-maintained, and its location is fantastic. The staff also provided me with recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping venues. It was truly a pleasure to encounter staff who genuinely care.

Erica was courteous and respectful and showed me an apartment. I was able to take pictures and measure to verify my furniture would fit. The positive side was I could take my fur babies with me. I will surely try to get it as soon as my lease is over in July. Loved the grounds and was happy with the showing
