Overpriced for poorly slapped together renovated apartments. I stayed here for over a year. I moved once I started to see roaches. Also, beware of your deposit. I cleaned the entire apartment and they charged me $100 carpet cleaning fee without telling me and the carpet was clean when I left. They take forever to respond, I still haven’t heard back after reaching out about the unauthorized carpet cleaning fee that they charged me!!! Me and my boyfriend came to tour and the property manager Gabriella was great and informative! We would love to move sooner, but we’re looking for summer time.
I’ve lived here since June and I expected that living in Lafayette would be nice and quiet and easy. This apartment complex is none of those things! The office is advertised to be open from Tuesday-Saturday 9-5:30…the attendant, Gabriella, is in the office *maybe* three days a week and usually only between like 10 and 12 and then again from 2 to 4!!!
