Quick and efficient walk-in haircut + shampoo, fairly priced. Was easy to communicate, but can always just find a photo to show them what you want if needed.
Business must not be going well because the gentleman who cut my hair suggested/pressured me to give $20 tip for a $35 cut. Well I said enjoy the $20 because I won't be coming back. Behavior suited for short-sighted business owner or a part-time grifter

I went to Eli to have a root retouch and another hair color (specifically grayish/touch of gray). I paid over price and didn’t get what I want. Instead she mixed 3 colors and still didn’t achieved the color I requested. I asked her where’s the gray color or at least touch of gray and she said “gray is not good”. I’m so pissed! She decided for my hair and she told me my highlights will not be gone but now NO highlights, NO grayish color and I paid $300. I will never come back on this salon ever!
