I've lived here since mid October of '09. The noise is aggravating! The walls are thin so you can hear "EVERYTHING" your neighbors upstairs is doing. The children are out of control here, they run up and down the hallways with no supervision, climb trees and destroy the landscapes. There is a gate but it hasn't worked since December! When you ask about it, the staff always says they are working on it, I've had a gate remote since the day I moved in and I've only used it a max of 7 times!!!
