I Bought my jeep from them and the second i got it i felt i was forced t get it as it was during covid. I wanted the jeep not the issue. the issue is first its a expensive jeep and the warranty on it is horrible of course the factory warranty's are up in a second. so regardless i took the jeep for a test drive and the check air intake system went off right away. and started going off. the sales rep was in the jeep with me so we had to ask how to shut it off. we pulled it in the shop they sort of looked at it and being there ... read more

Customer service is awful. My checks were deposited when they should not have been. Checks shredded. Employees being very rude when I made a special trip 100 miles to write another check for the one shredded. I had fees for canceled checks and other fees from the bank, along with many calls with the finance department. One financial employee was beyond rude and made comments about holding a check (this is the check I drive 100 miles to replace mind you). He wanted to make it seems as if it was my fault. I had my jeep for 3 years, I bought it new and from day 2 it had issues with squicking. Unfortunately that was not covered under warranty. Well going on to today and my jeep stalled out I brought it in for diagnosis and estimate. Turns out Lyubov is not on the title and I checked title and my name is there I'm a leagal owner of the patriot 2016..well they had it for a week with no communication to me the owner.. a week and a half later they finally called and said they were still diagnosing it. Terrible dealership, both sales and service. One star is too high. Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville sold me a pre-owned 2016 Jeep Cherokee with pre-existing but hard to notice damage. I later discovered that the luggage rack was loose, and in fact, lifted right up off of the roof of the car. Still under 3 year factory warranty and took it in to the service dept. to be fixed. My husband and I, bought a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland with all the bells and whistles then upgraded shortly, within a year or so to a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit fully loaded as well. I purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia Denali August 19th 2017. I first realized the passenger side windshield washer nozzle was inoperable and within a week the clear coat on the rear bumper was peeling off. The next week I realized the drivers heated seat was not working, I called my sales person on two different occasions to ask about getting the seat repaired and he never attempted to contact me back. Disingenuous, Untrustworthy…BUYER BEWARE Ok yes, I bought a used car without a warranty. But really. The staff, managers and owners pretend to care yet they are the most disingenuous group of people I’ve ever had the misfortune to do business with. I believe that Park Chrysler isn't following the BBB Code of Advertising. Specifically, #31 Rebates. 31.1 The terms “rebate,” “cash rebate,” or similar terms may be used only when: 31.1.1 Payment of money will be made by the retailer or manufacturer to a consumer after the sale; and 31.1.2 The advertising makes clear who is making the payment. 31.2 In addition, advertisements that include rebate promotions must clearly and conspicuously state the before rebate cost, as well as the amount of the rebate.
