There’s a Lady at the front desk and she goes by the name of Tatiana. She is so rude and has been very disrespectful from the time I’ve spoken with her. All of the other employees are not so bad but I wouldn’t recommend staying there if she is working. She will give you the worst hotel experience ever. I only stayed one night and was trying to pay for another night and was only a few minutes past check out. I told the cleaning lady and she said it was ok. Just a couple of things preventing this from being a 5 star rating. Tell me what you think!? A staff member--I was kind enough to omit the name, gender, and job title of this person--who reminds you about the sign that states you must be 25 feet away from the building if you're smoking, is walking around smoking as they are wandering and stopping & talking to some guests right outside of the rooms (not 25 ft away!); the same staff member is one of the loud voices you hear close enough to your room to actually disturb you (af... read more

After being at the Econ Lodge in Aurora, our vent fan in the bathroom caught fire at 3am. I was able to extinguish the fire. After the fire dptmt. showed up, we immediately checked out. With nowhere to go I called Park Inn by Radisson. The gentleman was able to get us into a room without question. When I showed up, Jeremiah who was at the desk was a delight to encounter. You get what you pay for. This is a solid 2.5 star motel. It was cleanish and staff was friendly. The rooms have been updated but are still very dated, they've essentially put lipstick on a pig. The walls are thin so you can expect to hear every person telling in the parking lot and every ratty car idle for hours outside of your room. My room did not include a coffee maker and rather than speaking to the front desk, I ran to Walmart and purchased a cheap coffee maker and some coffee, at least what I'll be drinking will taste... read more
