Super sad this place is closing.
the room was fine and as expected... however once i got back home i realized they had charged me for my weekend (3 nights) 3 times over, so what should have been $350, they charged my card almost $1000. when i called and talked to the older man at the front desk he was an imbecile and told me i was wrong, and then continued to charge my card different amounts until my bank froze my card...because they thought it was fraud, when i called to speak to a manager, i was told they would get me an answer and fix it, two days went b... read more
