The remote control doesn't work with the TV. This has been a reoccurring complaint for room 138 according to the front desk. Instructed to use controls on the bottom of the TV. No mini fridge. Instructed to use the bathroom sink filled with ice from the ice machine that is out of order. Had a homeless person knocking on the door asking for a cigarette, and wanted to know who's selling. The car parked next to me dented my car with their door and left.
Reserved room thru reservations when called hotel. Gentleman that helped me was great. However got to hotel checked in went to room and was suppose to be kimg bes was a single small bed. Went to office told the lady that my confimation says king bed, she said oh im sorry let me switch your room. Pulled aroumd to new room to have a guy standing by our room smoking marijuana so much it really bothered me and he heard me say to my lady how bad it stunk and walked away atleast. We were told they had an operating pool. Pool is closed. The pictures were deceptive. The bedding has a bunch of stains at best. The floors were filthy. The place smells funny. Radisson you disappoint me. I've never had this kind of experience from a radisson. This place is a dive.
Horrible to stay! Avoid if you can! Very shady area…
