I’ve been here for 2 months, and it is the worst living situation. If you try and contact property management, they ignore emails, take a week to respond and nothing gets fixed. It’s been terrible from the moment I moved in to construction material and food cans and wrappers in the apartment even though you pay an admin fee of about $450 for it to be cleaned and other things.
