Dr Park performed a colectomy on me in Feb of this year. A flat polyp was unable to be removed during two colonoscopies. The polyp was benign but had more than doubled in size in less than two years and there was a good chance it would turn into cancer. Dr. Park did a fantastic job on my right inguinal hernia surgery three weeks ago. Everything is healing fine so far and I had very little pain after the surgery. Not only did I not need the pain medication given to me, I didn’t even need ibuprofen or aspirin. Prior to the surgery he gave me three surgery options (open, laparoscopic right side only, or laparoscopic both sides). He answered my followup questions well helping me make my choice. I came in through the e.r. Dr. Park was very straightforward, courteous, and patient with me. I needed to have my gallbladder removed and I asked to postpone one day due to nerves because of blood thinners and past surgery experience. Very easy surgery for me thanks to Dr. Park.

Had to wait 4 weeks, cash patient, 1st appointment was changed and I didn't know it, lost $1,000 in income, was early for 2nd appointment and still had to wait 1 hour. Doctor rushed through visit. No hand shake, no real talk beforehand, the first thing he got to see, was me half naked on the table. I came for hemorrhoid binding, and he talked me out of it, and talk me into hemorrhoidectomy. Then went back to binding. Left clueless and agreed to surgery. Found out at home that binding would work.

It was a breeze! Dr. Park performed an outpatient surgical procedure to remove a small benign mass in my left forearm. He was very professional and put me at ease, explaining each step as he went along. He told me the hardest part would be the local anesthetic that burns a bit when injected and I felt a little discomfort. But after that I pretty much kept eyes closed, he did his thing and kept talking to me, reassuring me and asking me if I felt any pain which I did not and it was over! Very ;-)

Excellent surgeon, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He is taking very good care of my daughter. Was he late or early who cares. What matters most is that he knows what he is doing and he does it well. Thanks for doing an excellent job on my daughters appendectomy.

Just had inguinal hernia repair with Dr. Park. Excellent. Could not ask for a better doctor to do this for me. Soreness, no real pain to speak of. Walking but I ensure that I follow his post surgery instructions.............. I am so glad that I went to a real professional.

I was due for gallbladder surgery and after examining my tests, Dr. Park said he did not want to do the surgery. He said my sonogram was perfectly normal and my gallbladder may be in a spasm. He said we could always take it out if it doesn't clear up. That was over 4 years ago. My gallbladder is fine now. I am glad he was honest as he could have went ahead and performed the surgery. I would definitely use him for a 2nd opinion.
