Absolutely 5 stars on every part. Rooms are clean, kept up, well sized with balconies. We had the city harbor view room and it faced the boardwalk and the tall ship over towards the cruise boat dock. On the patio you had a view of the Opera House along the length of the hotel. Further rooms to the left of the elevator are higher room view quality as it heads towards the Opera House. We booked 2 adjoining rooms with a travel agent and the agent totally messed up and didn't confirm so we showed up after 28 hours in transit to discover that the rooms were on opposite ends of the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful to help us figure out our room situation while giving us the view of the harbor and opera house we originally asked for. Park Hyatt is truly at the upper end of accommodation, service delivery & food quality and presentation. Upon looking at the menu I was truly surprised at the pricing. Yes it was above the cost of upper end restaurants but their offerings were spectacular! The eye fillet was beautifully prepared, medium rare, ('without asking) . Yes it's a 'tap on the hip pocket but hey, it's a meal & it's a stay that I'd class as unforgettable. Staff were just so engaging. Just a wonderful experience!

Walking distance to Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. James who helped us with checking in and out as well as introducing the room was amazing. The semi buffet breakfast was impressive, we tried most of the small dishes and one of each from large plates. There are heaps of gluten free and or healthy options to choose from. An unforgettable stay at this place. Definitely worth a return visit especially the restaurant of hotel called the Dining Room by James Viles.

Absolutely amazing . The staff were so helpful with a walk in booking last minute , the room was amazing with views of the Opera house a complimentary bottle of wine for our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms were well kept with all amenities topped up . Great breakfast with a view. On departure the concierge organised a private limo transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Sydney. Thankyou to all the amazing staff
