Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! This place honestly ticked every box we had. They were super accommodating for our family of four, upgraded our rooms to ones with a better view because they had it available! Food was absolutely outstanding and every single need we had was taken care of. Rooftop poolside service was unexpectedly speedy! They offered complimentary slushies! Perfect location and walking distance to anywhere in Sydney harbor location. Staff were absolutely excellent.

I stayed the weekend with my family for my daughter's make a wish, wish. Her dream is to live in a constantly happy and bright world where everyone is happy it's birthdays and Christmas everyday. So vivid was perfect for her. The rain was a little dampener over the 3day stay. Yet the very dedicated teams from Valleys to front desk and all the way through the hotel. We booked 2 adjoining rooms with a travel agent and the agent totally messed up and didn't confirm so we showed up after 28 hours in transit to discover that the rooms were on opposite ends of the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful to help us figure out our room situation while giving us the view of the harbor and opera house we originally asked for. We stayed at the Park Hyatt Sydney for one night after my cousin’s wedding reception and had such a wonderful experience. The bedroom had an absolutely amazing view, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was amazing as well, and having the hot breakfast included with our room made the stay even better. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, such a relaxing and luxurious stay. Would definitely love to come back!
