Park Hyatt is truly at the upper end of accommodation, service delivery & food quality and presentation. Upon looking at the menu I was truly surprised at the pricing. Yes it was above the cost of upper end restaurants but their offerings were spectacular! The eye fillet was beautifully prepared, medium rare, ('without asking) . Yes it's a 'tap on the hip pocket but hey, it's a meal & it's a stay that I'd class as unforgettable. Staff were just so engaging. Just a wonderful experience!

We had the most incredible private brunch experience at the Hyatt in Sydney Harbour. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel so seamless. The food was absolutely outstanding - fresh, beautifully presented, and every dish was full of flavour. Absolutely amazing . The staff were so helpful with a walk in booking last minute , the room was amazing with views of the Opera house a complimentary bottle of wine for our 25th wedding anniversary. The rooms were well kept with all amenities topped up . Great breakfast with a view. On departure the concierge organised a private limo transfer to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors to Sydney. Thankyou to all the amazing staff

Hotel has significantly gone downhill in the last few years. Small details have disappeared. WiFi didn’t work. Mobile key is offered but doesn’t work. Minuscule waters in the room. Breakfast servers don’t know what options they have and difficult to converse fluently with some staff. Can hear people in the gym from the room. Staff are polite but some lack proactiveness to offer solutions. A truly superlative stay! Get suite 312 if you can - best views of the Opera House. Everything from the room, location, food, concierge, maid service - all incredible. I give this hotel my highest recommendation.
