Short and simple, if you have a difficult dog and experienced staff are not available, please take your canine elsewhere. I have used just a cone with my difficult in the past at Park Hill; however, last night with junior staff they would only treat her if she was muzzled. I am not able to muzzle her and last night was the only time a vet would not work with me on the situation.
