Overall had a very rude experience with this company. When applying for apartment they were really rude and did not want to hear out anybody. I would not rent from them.

They are really nice ladies
Was told they would call back in a few days n they never did, I call back and apparently the unit I wanted is unavailable. Horrible customer service who answered the phone. Talks to you like you’re delusional. Acted like I never called n she never told me to wait for a call back. Very unprofessional. A hint of racism in her tone also. When I spoke to her originally she was very excited about the prospect of me moving in and my credentials. 4 days later I’m apparently chopped liver? What changed?
