They are really nice ladies
Was told they would call back in a few days n they never did, I call back and apparently the unit I wanted is unavailable. Horrible customer service who answered the phone. Talks to you like you’re delusional. Acted like I never called n she never told me to wait for a call back. Very unprofessional. A hint of racism in her tone also. When I spoke to her originally she was very excited about the prospect of me moving in and my credentials. 4 days later I’m apparently chopped liver? What changed? Lisa is by far the most rude and unprofessional person i have ever encountered. While looking at a property for my wife and I, she took every opportunity to be disrespectful to her and I. Gave very little information on the property and was more focused on belittling the both of us. Had to walk out on our tour which I assume was a relief for someone who so obviously does not care about her job. I will never apply with them again. They just wasted 3 weeks of my time. I got approved then every week after that I was asked for more information on my dog, on previous places I lived, all while they already had my security deposit check and told me I was "approved". I felt like I was being scammed so I voided my check. I have zero confidence in these people and in the end they came back to me saying "are we moving on or not, im sick of these guessing games" LOLOL trying to place blame on me for their own neglect.
