Was told they would call back in a few days n they never did, I call back and apparently the unit I wanted is unavailable. Horrible customer service who answered the phone. Talks to you like you’re delusional. Acted like I never called n she never told me to wait for a call back. Very unprofessional. A hint of racism in her tone also. When I spoke to her originally she was very excited about the prospect of me moving in and my credentials. 4 days later I’m apparently chopped liver? What changed? Lisa is by far the most rude and unprofessional person i have ever encountered. While looking at a property for my wife and I, she took every opportunity to be disrespectful to her and I. Gave very little information on the property and was more focused on belittling the both of us. Had to walk out on our tour which I assume was a relief for someone who so obviously does not care about her job.
