Unprofessional Management and Poor Tenant Relations Moving into Park Hill has been deeply disappointing due to the property manager. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and completely indifferent to tenant concerns and the surrounding community. The lack of ethics and basic respect shown by management reflects very poorly on the property owners. For anyone considering living here, be aware that you will have to deal with unacceptable management. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
I have been looking at the reviews for Park Hill Lane Apts and must reply to some of the remarks. I have been here since 1999 and cannot understand some comments. I have never had anyone from maintenance or office been less than courteous to me. For those who claim that the buildings are infested,. Maybe if the tenants were cleaner and stopped putting their garbage all over laundry room floor it just might make it easier to maintain.
