Is a great doctor's office but have made multiple calls to find out about clinic closing because that's what I've heard from the doctor at last visit but haven't heard nothing back

This is the most unprofessional group of people that I have ever seen. They did not inform me that I would never see my doctor again and switched me to a doctor who seems to have no idea on what he's doing. They are never in the office and they are very consistent when it comes to evading their duties. I am reporting them to the Board of Health

If you need to get ahold of them forget it. They don’t answer the phone. They say to email them but they don’t answer the emails either. The practice is changing hands but yet no letter or email telling the patients. Unbelievably bad place. Look elsewhere!

I miss Dr. Roberson!! With Dr Fortson, there's always an issue with referals, no one answers the phone, and they never update your insurance or personal info even though you tell them 1000 times. Plus, they don't see patients in office anymore. Appointments are only by video, and to communicate with them is only by email, and you're lucky if they respond.

I don't think there is an office any more have needed meds refilled can't reach any one web site is down.
