we moved in park hill for 5 month already.the stuff are so fake.they use the cheapest material。our neighbor downstairs always pissed off at us because the freaking wall is so thin! they can hear when we are walking! the washer and dryer are CHEAP AND LOUD! this apartment is expensive and cheap!the pool are so dirty. DO NOT RENT THIS!
Apartments look great.... HOWEVER!! They smell like cigarette smoke and all your clothes absorb the smell like you just came out of a night club. The walls and ceilings are very thin and poorly made. Let me explain: If you want to have a morning wake up call every morning because your neighbors are newly weds or over sexed to squeaking beds and the head board slamming against the wall, by all means this is the place you want to rent from. Poor maintenance. Driveways were never plowed last winter, dozens of cars stuck. No respect for tenants at all. Workout facility is a joke.
