Huge shout out to Boyd Wells @ Midtown for making a seamless transition and move in for our college students. He had timely communication, attention to detail, and gave our UK boys a tour and got them settled into their first apartment (that was NOT student living). They absolutely love it! For the past 3 weeks we have been dealing with a water leak and mold issue in our HVAC closet. After waiting for several days, they finally got someone from maintenance to come out and look at the issue. Days later, someone finally showed up to cut out the moldy drywall. It has now been over two weeks since the moldy drywall was removed and we still have an ongoing water leak and no drywall in our HVAC closet.
