FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT LIVE HERE. SO UNSAFE THERE WAS A MURDER ON THIS COMPLEX. I wouldn’t live here even if I got paid. Apartments are aesthetically nice but don’t be fooled, there’s nothing luxurious about them. Apartment is made of cardboard, foundation is so bad doors wouldn’t close and we had nightmares about the balcony falling off (huge cracks everywhere), there was a tarantula and scorpion infestation, and amenities inside the unit and in the complex never worked, windows all broken. Dog poop and mail package not making it through the gate.. no trash pickup everyday but we paying for it.
New Update!!!! Ending my extended stay of 2 years and 2 units later here at Park Hill soon. I’ve had a great stay and I enjoyed the amenities. I never had an issue with maintenance or office staff. Everything was done in a timely manner. I did have one mishap of a car break in but unfortunately that can happen anywhere. Of course you’re dealing with neighbors so you’ll never know what to expect with noise or any disturbances which can also happen anywhere but it wasn’t too bad in my building. I am a resident been here almost a year 1St my heater never worked! I crushed through it, even during the freeze and when it snowed here I pushed through it, I’m a widow so my ““Life started over literally.. and when I put request in and when maintenance finally came almost the end of winter he just flipped fuse box he just said it was fixed but obviously it was just a band aid so I think o discovered what is faulty sockets how I found out I had to get mad space heaters up front it get the coldest so I placed one up front an... read more
