A friend of mine lives here and they are completely the worst when it comes to accounting, payments, ledgers, rules and guidelines they flat out are horrible and need to learn how to manage a property. Really it all comes down to if they like you or dont like you. There apartments are junk and cheap, the electrical outlets dont even hold in a plug the door buzzers dont work unless you pay for a home phone line.
