Until today, I have loved this apartment since I moved in January. I was willing to overlook the construction and the trash truck in the early hours, because I loved living here. But tonight, my fiance and I were encountered by an angry, homeless man who yelled at us and asked if we "said something" to him as he came extremely close to us. This is my second time living here, and based on the way the property is advertised, I expected a more well-maintained and updated living experience. The staff are present, but their engagement seems minimal—more focused on simply being there than creating a welcoming atmosphere or offering genuine hospitality. I have lived here for about a month and a half and I absolutely do not recommend it. Upon move-in, I had multiple maintenance issues in my apartment (dishwasher filled with mold, massive chunks of concrete missing from the ceiling, and plumbing issues). I placed maintenance orders for all of them. They were all marked as completed about a week later, yet none of the work had actually been completed. The soundproofing is bad. We love it here! Our unit has one of the best views in the city & the basement gym is legit - can cancel those memberships.
