I have lived here for about a month and a half and I absolutely do not recommend it. Upon move-in, I had multiple maintenance issues in my apartment (dishwasher filled with mold, massive chunks of concrete missing from the ceiling, and plumbing issues). I placed maintenance orders for all of them. They were all marked as completed about a week later, yet none of the work had actually been completed. The soundproofing is bad. We love it here! Our unit has one of the best views in the city & the basement gym is legit - can cancel those memberships.
Worst Apartment I have ever seen, intentionally scam my application fee, others already applied for the apartment but still encourage me to pay for the fee
Please fix your ac. I work in the building next to yall and the noise it makes drives me crazy. Sounds like some sort of alien space laser. Update: It's back to making the noise again.
