The management are like robots and have been trained to try and make you think that the repairs or issues that are affecting your family does not exist. Management interacts with tenants with the passive aggressive behavior making excuses and will tell you that you're complaining when the tenant is just asking for repairs. I lived in this community when it was new in 2000. I see it has a new name and hope that it has new management to boot because it was one of my worst rental experiences in my life. Even nearly 20 years later it still holds that place. Although there is now a close contender in second place.
