El peor lugar para vivir en Miami. Court Yard Apartments en 1595 NW 135 Street es una falta de respeto total. Living at Courtyard at the Park (1595 NE 135th St) was an absolute nightmare. The garbage areas are always full and smelling horrible, the pool is never open or usable, and inside the apartments the refrigerators and sinks are constantly clogged or breaking down. The elevators are unreliable and often out of service, making daily life a hassle. Laundry facilities are a joke—washers and dryers are almost always broken. I do not recommend moving to this building the administration is terrible every time something breaks they take time to repair it and they make many excuses and the manager has a very bad attitude they have laws for everything and fines for everything The pool has been closed for two years and the gym bathroom cannot be used most washers and dryers do not work
