Park was great 5 years ago, since the quality decreased. We had some cockroaches 3 times in 2 years. Very noisy and horrible management, they are so lazy. We required a parking spot and they refused to give it to us. Parking is one of the biggest problem at Park Glen; after 7 PM parking is really hard to find. The hallway is so dirty. We are so disappointed. We had major flood damage too; they needed 3 months to fix it. Our lease will end in 2 months, we will move with with the greatest pleasure. This apartment complex ROCKS!! What attracted me to them in the first place were the nice reviews others had written. I really wanted to move to a nice, decent, quiet complex. The office managers are patient and they take the time to go over everything. I wish I had moved here sooner, but feel comfortable to stay for as long as it takes to become a homeowner when the time is right.Also, the maintenance crew are pretty cool as well.
