Do not move here!! Extreme mold, the management does not care if you family gets sick, maintenance is a joke and the aren’t licensed! Anyone can park anywhere, very filthy and hard to get in touch with management for problems! Building needs to be shut down! Management loves to retaliate if I call health department they no longer accept your rent! Horrible!!
If you have other options, DO NOT RENT from here! The landlord makes up rules that goes against the lease agreement at her leisure and she is extremely unprofessional. The water gets shut down quite often without any or little fore warning. The heating system is outdated and does not work. The walls are paper thin and the plumbing is old. The faucet in my kitchen leaks constantly causing mold/mildew to build up. The faucet on my bathroom vanity also leaks creating a pool of stagnant water that has to be cleaned at least twic... read more
