Woof, don’t believe a thing they tell you. Punitive management , damaging water intrusion (burst pipes x3) without any relocation or remorse. Asbestos and black mold that make you ill (finally got report from the company who performed work as management would not provide). A litany of terrible reviews and upset community as a whole. Expect to pay roughly 250+ monthly in utilities and that of course excludes internet and any use of ac which is conveniently placed in the living room. Ha .
