I have a friend living there and it's hard to get anyone to take care of Maint. problems. You have to pay extra for their Wi-Fi. The problem with that is the signal so weak it's unusable most of the time. You can never seem to find the person responsible to discuss your problems with and get anything taken care of. The benches outside the facility are so rusty and old you don't want to even sit on them.
