I’ve been a tenant at Park & Garden for over 5 years, and despite repeated attempts to negotiate and raise ongoing maintenance issues, management has remained unwilling to budge. After weeks of back-and-forth, they refused to alter the nearly 9.98% rent increase they announced for my renewal. Beautiful and relaxing place surrounded by greenery. Great for enjoying coffee, food, and fresh air in a peaceful setting.
Park + Garden is a lovely building with incredible people working there! I worked with Alexandra to learn a bit more about a unit I was interested in, and she was incredible. She gave us a very thorough tour, answered all of our questions, and even my multiple phone calls after (sorry!). If you have the chance to tour the building I would highly recommend it-the amenities seem incredible and the units are gorgeous. Thank you x 1000 to Alexandra for a great experience with Park + Garden!
Editing my review. Front desk is very nice and management is professional. I do not feel 100% accommodated and for the price I pay I do not feel that it is fair. There is a banging sound that goes on above me on a daily basis. While they have given me the option to break my lease or move to another unit, I do not understand why I should have to up root my life. I believe they can do a further investigation. Love the building but consider living somewhere else if you need parking. The automatic garage never works and it’s the biggest headache. Check out Utron’s reviews for all the reviews on it
