I couldn’t have asked for a better experience today! I called MULTIPLE offices early this morning because of a horrid toothache/infection that I’ve been dealing with on and off for months. Running out of luck for anyone who can see a first time patient for an emergency, eventually, I reached Park Forest Dental and we spoke with Shannon (who is incredibly kind) We were able to be seen that morning for an exam with Dr. Nair. Aug 2026: First off, Erica and Shannon at the front desk are excellent, no issues there. Updating my 5-star review 2 years ago to 3-star review because: 1) Twice this year my appointment time has been changed without me being informed; I just got a text 24-hours before telling me to confirm my new time which was bizarre, there was no phonecall or voicemail. Once is fine, mistakes happen, but twice is unacceptable. I now have a note on my chart to "call before switching appoitment time" which is odd becuase that should be the... read more
