Canceled my appt last minute and never cared to reschedule.
If I could give them a zero I would. It's difficult to get appointments and even harder for them to keep them. My aunt needs to take meds before she comes. They cancelled shortly before the visit because of machine failures. Then rescheduled. Then rescheduled again. Today at 845 they confirmed the appointment. I dragged my aunt out of her nursing home, no small task. She can barely walk after a series of strokes. They is handicapped accessible but not handicapped friendly.
