Birch Street Townhomes Area B I was only proud to live there for almost 20 years until current management took over. I would advise anyone looking for cooperatives in the area to choose another one there are many other options. Sad but true.
You are not allowed to fix or modify your own unit and the Latino handyman they send breaks things. I currently have a hole in my ceiling and a leaky window.
