Very rude tenets upstairs in the back set of apartments....always hollers at everyone .. and her son/brother what ever seems drunk or on something all the time.. would not want to live there..
I reached out to Forest Park, and Amanda was very knowledgeable about her property. Unfortunately the only I did not lease was the availability of one bedrooms. I look forward to possibly living here in the future.
I deliver the mail to the apartments, which have been totally redone. The apartments are very nice, and the grounds have been landscaped beautifully. I have had no problems with the manager, but I don't know who actually owns the property. He owns several complexes in other towns. I understand the rent is based on the amount of money you get per month., and I don't see a lot of younger tenants here. And I do not hear about the drug deals anymore.
Good location. Right near the City Park also convenient to all stores. Good neighbors.
