My experience is with the service center. They have kept my Ford 500 in top shape for over 15years. Price for maintenance is on par with local mechanic but the quality of work is top notch. Oil change is always done quickly and always leave knowing what needs attention soon. Did not know my tires had worn on the insides and Park Ford pointed out the problem without any pressure to do the work. They might have literally saved my life. THANK YOU. Life long happy customer

Great service experience. Showed up 30 min early and they took my vehicle right away; had an oil change, tire rotation, and minor recall addressed and was out the door in an hour!
So yesterday we had a mechanic from Park Ford of Mahopac come to our home and take care of our oil change and various other checks to our car right in our driveway! This is a great service offered by Park Ford since we all lead such busy lives and don’t always have time to take our cars for service. The gentleman was very polite very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. We recommend Park Ford highly.
