Extremely rude employee in the service department. Called to schedule an oil change and had a few questions, but apparently you’re bothering the people that work there when you call. Sorry that I wanted to give you my business! Not anymore!
I could walk to Klaban Ford for sales or service, but I go right by them on the way to and from Park Ford.
Friday April 12th my son went to park ford to trade in his Car Tracey Seary General Sales Manager was helping him to purchase a car my son called me in the process he said Tracey was the man!! He put my son in a 2018 ford fusion Tracey was off that Friday13th but he had every thing set up for purchase david Sheppard helped close the deal the people at park ford work as a close knit family I will never purchase a car anywhere else but Parkford they are the best thanks for all your help!!!
I have been taking both vehicles (wife's car,my truck ).both of them bought here ,service here is top notch. I brought my wife's car in for oil change and front wheel noise. Found out that it was a bearing, well was a 2 hour fix. Had nothing else going on, so i decided to wait. The service, and sales department are outstanding people, while i was waiting they gave me lunch
