I retired then bought a car at Park Ford, it was nice. Then I found out their service department was really good. I still drive my 2012 Fiesta, it is like new. I bought a small car, and Park took care of the little guy's small car, great.
We always use Park Ford to purchase our vehicles and get them serviced
our 10:00 oil change took 3 hours. they decided that they would do everything else before us. three hours sitting there waiting only to find out that they decided we weren't waiting and they would do everyone else first. I made an appointment over a week ago and I told them I would be waiting. I told them when I got there I would be waiting. Very poor service.
Brought my truck in for recall work and they left panels and other parts hanging off or separated. They scratched my door skin. Thanks Park ford.
