Was in the dealership a few weeks ago dealing with Evan in regards to a used F-150 I was interested in purchasing . We went round and round for a few days trying to come to terms on a price for the truck . Evan states that he was “really trying to help me out”, it ended with him saying he was going to talk with the sales manager or owner and call me back with a response of whether they would accept my deal or not . Very fair sales and service team. They absorbed the cost of non-warranted repair 5 days after the sale of a used vehicle... I never had that kind of service before - Ever! I just had scheduled service done today and it was done quickly and without issue. The service bay is very clean, organized and efficient. The mechanics and service manager are awesome!
My husband and I went to have our oil changed. It was quick and easy. No hidden costs-nor did they try and sell us something we didn’t need. They also have great coffee and popcorn while you wait. Very pleasant experience

Brad at Park Ford provided a great car buying expierence. Answered all my questions and not pushy at all. Brad waited to inform me untill I decided to put money down on my purchase that three other people were scheduled to view the car I wanted. Other saleman would have mentioned that from the get go to pressure a customer into the sale. When Brad waited to share this with me I knew I was working with an honest caring saleman. Highly recommend asking for Brad.
