Ordered a flower kitty for my 10 year old niece on December 28th to be delivered on January 2. I was told that it would be delivered by 2pm. At 2:30pm I called the flower shop and was told that it was out for delivery. At 8pm I received a text from my sister saying that the kitty never came.
