I had a great visit at Park Family Dental. Dr K and her team were wonderful.
They have misbilled us twice. Instead of fixing it, they make us call our insurance to get it right.. My wife is under my insurance plan, and she has an old one from her previous job. Instead of billing the right insurance plan, they bill it to the old one n try to charge us for our of pocket. It happen once, ok, this is second time, looking for new Dentisit.
My dental appointment was fast and straightforward. I appreciate the efficiency here; it took only 20 minutes, and everything was clear. Dr. K also taught me how to take care of my teeth.
Easy to get to, has Saturday appointments, and has parking readily available. The staff are very nice. Dr. Kamboj is excellent and took the time to teach me how to take care of my teeth. Office was also very clean.
I love my visits to Park Family Dental. They are kind, efficient, direct in treatment and always put the patient needs first. I appreciate that Dr. K takes time to do the cleanings herself vs an assistant. She offers clear, educated, and conservative advice and I trust her guidance completely. Thanks to their team for their care!
