Olive at Storyboard on Park Entrance has been amazing to work with. So polite and knowledgeable and is able to assist in any way that I've needed her. The apartments are up to date, beautiful countertops in the kitchen and bath, nice appliances, clean, big windows!
This place would have been perfect if it wasn’t for what I’m about to write. I’ve been here less than a month and so far I have had to deal with about 20 Brown recluse spiders and today my car was broken into. They only spray the outside so I’m left footing the bill for pest control for the inside and with the parking having poor lighting and no cameras I’m left with paying for the replacement window since there is no way to identify the person. This property has been on the decline ever since Storyboard has taken over. The grounds have been filled with trash. It takes maintenance 2 weeks to a month to show up and “attempt” to resolve an issue that you’ve had to call 30 times about just for someone to come see. Spider infested like someone said before. As well as ants here and there! My car has also been broken into due to the poor lighting and no security cameras on property (although they put signs up as if there are cameras, there is not) and on top of all that, ... read more
