If you do not have to move in don’t move in. They’re just money hungry. The only amenity that’s offered is a pool that was opened for a month starting in July and closed the second week of August. Maintenance is non existent. My closet fell down and broke my perfumes and my vintage ornaments. It seems as if it was “fixed” by using metal screws and wood glue. Management is unresponsive. There is a mold issue in the apartment that they arent taking seriously. They are very slow with other issues (bugs, pool issues, mailboxes, etc.) Wouldn’t recommend.
currently staying at park entrance apartments. when i first moved to this property i had to change buildings because the first one was infested with roaches. I am now dealing with mold, a leak and my ac is in and out. They said they “took care” of the mold last week as well as the leak.. not even a week later the mold is spreading on the base boards and there is still a big leak and ac is not working. Management hasn’t reached out and maintenance was supposed to contact me and come out to resolve the issue and they have not.... read more
